Two labourers die under construction power project
Two died and three injured when five workers trapped in under construction tunnel of 100 mw Tidong hydroproject near Moorang of Kinnaur district today, spokesperson of District Administration saidFive Workers trapped inside the tunnel due to a mishap in the hundred MW Tidong hydroelectric project in Kinnaur . All the victims were evecuated from the tunnel two of laborers died while two admitted at Kinnaur and one at Rampur Hospital. The accident happened due to the breaking of rocks during tunnel excavation. It is worth mentioning that this project is in Rispa Moorang – Thangi , the area of Pooh from the district headquarters of Kinnaur Reckong-peo.
