Two IAS opts central deputation, Abhishek Singh home coming

State bureaucracy registered minor change in Himachal Pradesh as two Indian Administerative Servent today opted to go outside the state on central deputation where as one opted to return home cadre Himachal. 1997 batch senior IAS of Rajneesh and Subhashish Panda opted for Central Personnel Department  on Monday as former is posted as Principal Secretary IT and Rural Development and Panchayatiraj as Additional Secretary and Development Commissioner in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Subhashish Panda was  Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, has been posted as Vice Chairman (Additional Secretary Rank) in the Development Authority, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. 2002 batch IAS Dr. Abhishek Jain who returned from the center deputation posted as  Secretary Education and Information Technology. After relieving the  charge from, 1998 batch IAS Devesh Kumar and 1997 batch Rajneesh will be relieved of the charge of Education and Information Technology Department. Mr Jain who  returned from central deputation recently as state cadre’s IAS waiting for posting.
