Two drops of life will be given to 12364 children in Mashobra block on March 3

 On March 3, 12364 small children will be given two drops of Pulse Poli in Mashobra Medical Block. For which all necessary arrangements have been completed. Block Medical Officer Mashobra Dr. Rakesh Pratap said that this campaign will run for three days in which children in the age group of 0 to 5 years will be fed at the booth on March 3. Children who could not come to the booth due to some reason will be given polio medicine at every home on March 4th so that no child is deprived of taking pulse polio medicine and a 100% target can be achieved.
Dr. Rakesh Pratap said that the total number of children in the age group of 0 to 5 years in Medical Block Mashobra is 12364. He said that 130 booths will be set up to administer pulse polio vaccine, out of which 28 will be in urban and 102 in rural areas. To make this campaign successful, 248 teams have been formed of which 37 teams will be deployed at booths in urban areas and 211 in rural areas.
BMO said that four transit and four mobile teams have been formed for various bus stands, slums, and border areas of the block so that medicines can be administered to small children traveling in buses. He said that complete arrangements will be made for pulse polio vaccine like a deep fridge, cold box and carrier, ice cubes, etc. so that this national program can be made successful and no eligible child is deprived of taking the medicine. He said that for this work, apart from the health department, the services of the Ayurveda department and Asha workers, Anganwadi workers will also be taken. He has requested all the Panchayat heads, Mahila and Youth Clubs, and all the parents to give their constructive support in the successful organization of this program and to take the families having children in the age group of 0 to 5 years to the polio booth on March 3. Give medicine compulsorily.
