Two die due as drown in river
Two people died due to drowning in Giri river in Himachal’s Sirmaur district on Sunday deceased were relatives. The incident happened near Nai Neti near Giri bridge on Sunday when two went for bath. Local people informed the police and bodies have been brought to the regional hospital in Solan for post-mortem. Deceased are identified as Sumer Chand (55)of Talanji of Chail(Solan district) and Rajendra (57)of Shoghi (Shimla district). Suresh Kumar, a relative of the deceased, told us that teo had gone for a picnic with other people. During this, both of them went to the Giri river for a bath, where both drowned.
