Three tracker missing from Sissu

Three trackkers are missing from Sissu check post since Jul 27, 2021 reportedly
left to trek towards Ghephan Peak lake (Alias lake) as they did not returned back to hotel

State Disaster Management authority have got this  information from Police
check post Sissu stating that three tourists ( one tourist named
Nikunj Jaiswal S/o Dhan Prakash Jaiswal, R/o  B-24, Lignite, Shakti Nagar Varsinghsar,
Bikaner Rajasthan) and two other companions  whose details are not available), were staying at
Hotel Triveni at Sissu Village.

They left for  trek towards Ghepan Peak Lake (Alias Lake) on Jul 27, 2021 and were supposed to
reach back on Jul 29, 2021. However, they have  not reached their destination, thus have been
reported missing. Search for these missing  tourists has been initiated.

Ghepan Ghat is located at the altiude of 4140 meter above the sea level as treking

route start from a small hamlet Sissu located on the Manali-Leh highway.

Ghepan Ghat is a tranquil neon-blue glacial lake hidden in the picturesque valley .
