Three National Highway & 40 link road snowbound.

As many as 40 link road and three National Highway are snowbound in the state  52 power supply is out of order  and seven water supply schemes disrupted by the Snowfall in the tribal districts. 

A spokesperson of state government here today that Manali-Rohtang pass and Sarchu to Darcha part of National Highway 03 and Gramphu to Lossar NH 505 are snowbound in state. Trafic was allowed to four by four wheel diving Vehicles on NH 305 owing to slippery roads.
 In Lahaul 27 link road snowbound,  Six each in Udaipur and Pangi  and one in Salooni subdivision of Chamba.
Power Supply disrupted in 51 distribution Transformer Regions and 41 water supply schemes are affected in Chamba and 11 places in Dalhousie.
Due to loging of water supply lines in freezing temperatures seven Water supply schemes are affected in Lauhal and five in Udaipur .
