Three day fair organized at Koti, 35 volleyball and 30 kabaddi teams participated


A three-day fair was organized on Independence Day in the princely village Koti adjacent to Junga. People from about seven panchayats come to see the fair. The fair was inaugurated by the local Panchayat Pradhan Ramesh Sharma with flag hoisting.
Ramesh Sharma told that sports competitions were organized in the three day fair in which 35 volleyball and 30 Kabaddi teams took part. In volleyball, Sainj won the trophy by defeating Lakhoti team in the final. Similarly, in Kabaddi, Rajpura secured first position and Youth Club Koti secured second position. Former Director of Agriculture and Rural Bank Keshav Chauhan participated as the chief guest in the cultural evening.
Local Panchayat Pradhan Ramesh Sharma and BDC member Arvind Sharma distributed prizes to the winner and runner-up. On this occasion, former Pradhan Jagat Ram Sharma, Baldev Puri, former Deputy Pradhan Dr. Vishwa Bandhu Jashi, Deputy Pradhan Rajaram and members of Mahila Mandal and Nav Yuvak Mandal from various areas were present.

Kapil Sharma mesmerized the people by singing Naati’s.
