The executive meeting of Bushehr Kalyan Sabha held at Shimla today
The executive meeting of Bushehr Kalyan Sabha, Shimla was held on December 17 under the chairmanship of Sabha President Baldev Singh Thakur at Ashiana Restaurant The Ridge, Shimla. In the meeting, General Secretary of Bushehr Kalyan Sabha Sain Ram Negi informed that first of all it was decided to intensify the membership campaign of the Sabha in which all the office bearers and executive of the Sabha have been given the target of adding at least 10-20 members. A decision has been taken to increase the Sabha’s annual and lifetime membership fees from Rs 120/- to Rs 500/- and Rs 2000/- to Rs 5000/-, which will be approved in the General House in March 2024.
It has been decided to celebrate the foundation day of the Sabha i.e. the annual conference on 17 March 2024 at the state level in Shimla for which a contribution amount of Rs 1000/- per person has also been fixed. It was also decided that before celebrating the foundation day celebration, a State Executive meeting will be held again so that the venue of the conference can be identified. The amount collected from all the members can also be reviewed. The executive appreciated Finance Secretary Virendra Negi for maintaining the accounts of the meeting and keeping the funds safe and asked him to present the complete report in the upcoming meeting so that the audit can be done soon and all the expenses so far were approved.
Engineer LK Sharma has been entrusted with the task of selecting the land to attempt to refurbish the Bushehr House of the Sabha. In the meeting, along with supporting the government in the development of the areas of Rampur Bushahr, the upcoming Lok Sabha elections were also discussed and the public welfare suggestions put forward by the executive members were unanimously accepted in the interest of the assembly.
Deputy Prime Minister Manmohan Negi, Finance Secretary Virendra Negi, Organization Secretary Charan Das Sharma, Chief Spokesperson Krishna Lal Negi, Executive Members, Prakash Chand, Hari Prakash Sharma, Disciplinary Committee Chairman Mahadev Sharma, Members Prem Lal Negi, Jai Gopal Chauhan, and special invitees were present in the meeting. Members Gyan Singh Deshta, Ghanshyam Chand, Kailash Sharma, Yashpal Singh, Devi Singh Jishtu, Dhan Singh Mehta, and others participated.
