Ten died and four missing in Monday landslide & heavy rainfall

Himachal Pradesh Government announced on Wednesday that as many as ten died and four others are missing in Kangra district after very heavy rainfall, flash flood and landslides incidents occurred between July 12 and 13 .
State spokesperson releasing the detail of loss and damage caused due to heavy rainfall in the state said that six people recovered died and four are still missing including the death of five animals . 
He  said that 128 roads blocked due to landslides or washed away in the heavy rain as 55 roads were off in  Shimla district , 18 in Mandi 16 in Hamipur, 20 in Sirmaur, nine in Chamba, six in Kulluand one each in Kangra and Kinnuar.
Around 28 houses including 24 pucca and four Kaccha fully damaged and 11 partly( three pucca and nine Kaccha  damaged in the state. 21 houses were damaged completely and six partly in Kangra district, Seven in Shimla and one in Sirmaur district. Eighteen cowsheds and two shops were also damaged in the state. 11 cowsheds and two shops damaged in Kangra ,three cowshed in Mandi two each in Shimla and Solan district due to heavy rainfall.
Total 248 water supply schemes were disrupted in the state including 134 in Mandi, 67 in Sirmaur 23 in Chamba , 19 in Kullu and four in Bilaspur. 
Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur who visited the most affected village Boh in Sahapur assembly of Kangra district yesterday told media persons here today that immediate ex-gratia relief of Rs four lakh would be provided to next of deceased and a pucca house would be provided to those affected by the damaged of houses.
He said that six bodies were traced from the spot however the number of deaths has been reached to ten in the incident as four are still missing and are feared to be dead in the mishap. The massive loss was occurred to public and private properties also which are being accessed by the administration.
