Survey of Fame India Magazine – HP IAS among top effective 50 Indian bureaucrats

Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Anil Khachi and a retired IAS Tarun Kapoor figures among top 50 effective Indian Bureaucrats as they find place in the coveted survey conducted by the Fame India Magazine.
During the Survey IAS officials said that there is so much to learn from both the Senior Officer who put lifetimes to the service of the state and nation.
The survey mentioned that officers said that they have been lucky to have observed the impeccable qualities in them which are hallmark of Indian Administrative Service.  Mr Khachi is 1986 batch HP cadre IAS and Mr Kapoor 1987 HP cadre IAS is Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
