Sukhu condoles demise of former MLA Narayan Singh Swamy

Chief Minister expressed grief over the demise of former MLA Narayan Singh Swamy. Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu has expressed condolence on the demise of former MLA from Ghumarwin assembly constituency Narayan Singh Swamy. He died in Shimla at the age of 92.

The Chief Minister prayed to God for peace of the departed soul and for the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.

Mr Swamy belonged to Ghumerwim of Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh. He was elected as a member of the legislative assembly from Ghumerwim on the Janta Party ticket in 1977 and 1980. 

Mr Swamy is the father of Himachal Pradesh High Court judge Vivek Singh Thakur.
