State Govt opens event Registration portal
Himachal Pradesh Government today open covid-hp-gov.in , a event registration Portal to facilitated the people to register on it for permission for Organising Event , state Government spokespersontold us.
The portal would help to register for permission for all social, academic,entertainment,cultural , political and otherCongregations including marriage celebration and function would be allowed upto 50 per cent of the capacity ,subjectto maximum 100 persons indoor and maximum 300persons for outdoors.
The portals mentioned that there shall be total ban on organising Dham or community kitchen, Local Administrationwhile granting permissions to the organisers may impose additional conditions as may deem fit to contain\the spread of COVID-19.
Any persons violating these directions and Covid-19 safety measures would be liable to be proceeded against as per the provisions of Sec 51 -60 of the Disaster Management Act 2005 besides legal action under Sec 188 of IPCand other legal provisions as applicable.
Prominent among those who contracted to 3rd wave include BJP president Suresh Kashayp , Party state inchargeSanjayh Tandon and CPI(M) leader Dr Kuldeep Tanwar.
Deputy Commissioner Shimla Aditya Negi said in a notification issued this morning all the markets in the distirct would allow to open from Monday to Saturday between 0800 hrs to 1830 hrs.
On Sunday only shops dealing with essential items and daily needs such as fruits,vegetables, milk and milk products would be allowed to open between 0800 hrs to 1300 hrs however no resterciations on the timing of Pharmacies or chemist shops and they shall remain open as per their usual timings.
Restaurants, Dhabs, Bakeris, Halwai and eateries are allowed to remain open on all days till 2200 hrs however those on National Highways could allow to open till 2300 hrs. Authorised Liquor Vends shall not affect by this order and to begoverned by the order of the Excise Department.
