Spike of 1038 Cases in last 24 hrs; Covid positivity rate went up to 12

This hill state witnessed sudden spike in the Covid cases in last year 24hrs as 1038 fresh cases detected and postivity rate went up to 12 which highest since first wave of Covid pandemic.

Spokesperson of State Health Department confirmed that Covid active cases mounted to 4186 on January 10 compared to 3148 active case of previous day.
Postivity rate of Solan was 21 (609 active cases), Sirmaur 20.3 (321), Hamirpur 17.7 (449), Shimla 17(427), Kullu -15.4(215), Kangra 15.3 (1265), Una 8.6(281), Bilaspur 7.5(185) Mandi 5.8(267) and Chamba 5.6(93) respectively.
Case fatality rate of state was 0.3 and Mandi district 1.3.
Only 1.3 per cent Oxygenated and 10.95 pc ICU beds are occupied in the state.
