Sonia Gandhi on private visit to Shimla

All India Congress committee president Sonia Gandhi arrive here today on the private visit to Shimla she would expected to stay at Charabara with Congress party leader and her daughter Priyanka Gandhi who is in the town for last one week, Police officers posted on the protocol duty informed us. Ms Gandhi came to Chandigarh by air this morning and latter took road to travel Shimla.  It is worthwhile to mention that Ms Gandhi have recently attended Bharat Jodo Yatra of Rahul Gandhi. Ms Gandhi’s visit to Shimla is considered interesting as party central screen Committee have taken last call on the party tickets for upcoming Assembly Election. Ms Priyanka Gandhi have built a cottage near the Rashtrapati Niwas at Chharbara outskirt of Shimla town. Ms Priyanka Gandhi celebrated festival of Deepawali at Shimla last year and visit of AICC leaders also being expected to schedule for making party strategy for Himachal Pradesh Assembly Election and on upcoming Diwali festival. Ms Priyanka Gandhi also released a picture on Social media last year lighting clay lamps on Diwali. Mr Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi also visited Priyanka Gandhi couple of times earlier.
