Snowfall on high reachesIce cold wind blowing across state.

Ice cold wind are blowing in the state as high reaches of Himachal Pradesh received light to moderate snowfall in last 24hrs and light rain in few places.
Nichar in Kinnuar recorded 10 cm snow, Kalpa eight cm, Kothi in Kullu seven cm, Narkanda, Khadrala and Saharan four cm and Keylong one cm.
Wangto in Kinnuar had nine mm rain, Banjar four mm and Manali one mm.

Minimum temperature of Keylong minus 10.3 degrees,Kalpa in Kinnaur minus seven degrees, Solan minus 1.6 degrees, Shimla minus 0.1 degrees
Tourist resort Dalhousie in Chamba was minus 1.6 degrees, Kufri in Shimla minus 2.8 degrees,  Manali  -0.4 degrees, Palampur in Kangra 1.5 degrees,  Dharmshala 1.8 degrees and Sundernagar in Mandi 0.1 degrees Kangra and Una 2.2 degrees each,  Kangra 2.8 degrees, Bhuntar in Kullu 3.4 degrees, Hamirpur 1.8 degrees and Jubberhati in Shimla 0.9 degrees.
Chamba 1.4 degrees, Bilaspur two degrees, Poanta-Shaib in Sirmaur 2.3 degress , Mandi 3.2 degrees, and Nahan in Sirmaur 6.5  degrees. 
The Met Office forecast mainly dry weather in the state in next 24 hrs.
