SMC Commissioner lodge FIR against a shopkeeper 

Shimla Muncipal Corporation Commissioner lodged an FIR against a businessman for threatening an employee of Civic body for breach of peace and threat of death and criminal intimidation on Wednesday. The Spokesperson of district police unit said that  case was registered under section  504 – 506 IPC has been registered at Police Station Sadar on the complaint  Commisioner MC Shimla  Ashish Kohli. Complaint lodged by the MC Shimla said that a shop was allotted to Sohan Lal Jiwnu Colony , Panthaghati Shimla. The accusedsed gave a cheuque of Rs.  15081/-.  But due to insufficient amount bank has returned the check.  On this he called Sohan Lal on his mobile for clearance of rent but Sohan Lal abused him and threatened to death outside the office.  ASI Puran Chand is investigating the case.
