SIT move 2nd chargesheet against 61 accuseds
Special Investigation Team and CID sleauth Shimla filed second lot of chargesheet against 21 accused sho were booked in constable paper leak case of state police. A press release issued here today said that Chargesheet has been filed against 61 accused persons. The charge sheeted persons include 21 Middle men, 03 parents amd relatives of candidates and 37 Candidates.
The Charge Sheet has been filed in the court of Ld. CJM, Shimla. It is worthwhile to mention here that case (FIR No. 05/2022 ) was registered against the Chargesheeted accuseds on May 7, 2022
under section 420,120B & 201 IPC, police station CID, Shimla.
