SIT files 3rd set of Chargesheet in constables leak scam

Special Investigation Team filed 3rd set of Chargesheet against 29 accuseds before the court of JMIC, Arki, District in Constable paper leak case on Friday. Police spokesperson said that FIR was registered in Constable paper leak  case on April 17,2022 at Police station Arki in Solan district 

under section 420,120B & 201 IPC, against 29 accused persons. The charge sheeted persons include 16 Middle men, one parent of a

candidate and 12 Candidates. 19 accused persons are residents of District 

Solan, 02 of District Mandi, 01 of Haryana and 07 of Bihar.

Two earlier Chargesheet were also moved against 232 accusedsed including agents, middlemen, candidates and their families members under similar sections at Shimla and Palampur on July 7 and June 27.  State government also decided to handover the probe of these case to CBI but agencies did not taken the probe so far.
