Shimla, Manali, Dalhousie & Narkanda wraps snow blanket

All tourist resort in including Shimla, Narkanda, Kufri, Manali and Dalhousie wrapped in thick blanket of snow as snow, hail thunderstorms and rainfall lashed most places of Himachal Pradesh completely paralysing the normal life in the state.
This Capital Town is snowing since last night frequently and 15 centimetre Snowfall was recorded till 0830hrs. In Mount Jakhu and others places 20 to 25 cm Snowfall is received in the town.
Tourists resort Kufri Fagu, Mashobra and Narkanda recorded heavy snowfall of this season.
 Met Office recorded 30 cm snow at Kufri, Narkanda 12.50cm Khirki 15 cm( one feet in last two days) Kotgarh 2.5 cm Kotkhai five cm and Dodra Kwar 7.50 cm,  Fagu three cm and Khara Pathar ten cm( total one ft) .                              
Haripurdhar in Siramaur 60 cm or one feet Snowfall, Shilai and Rajgarh had first Snowfall in Sirmaur district with 2.50 cm snow.
 Tourist resort Chail in Solan had 12.50 cm snowfall. Dalhousie 60 cm(1 ft.) Pangi/Killar ten cm( 3 ft since yesterday). Salooni 16 cm and Tissa 17.50 cm.
In Kangra district Bara Bangal had heaviest 4 ft. Snowfall sofar total  21 ft. snow mounted on the roads and valleys.

Abode of Tibetan leader Dalai Lama Dharamshala (Galu) had three cm snow and half ft since yesterday.
Famous tourist tracking route Triund received two ft (60 cm) and seven ft since yesterday)Bir Billing 15 cm 6 inch and Bara Gaon 4 ft. ( 31 ft. since yesterday). Rajkundha three ft(total35 ft ). 
In Kinnuar Kalpa had 14 50 cm (total one ft)  Nako 7.50 cm, Rakchham & Sangala  15 cm each (total two ft) Morang three cm 
In Kullu district Atal Tunnel had 25 cm fresh snow mounted total seven feet snow on road. Gulaba 12.50 cm( total six ft) Jalori Jot 15 cm( total seven ft.)
Tourists resort Manali had 2.5 cm ( total ten cm) the gateway to Lahaul Spiti district Rohtang 60 cm(total 16 ft) Solang 17.59 cm (total three ft).
In Chamba district Tourist resort Dalhousie 55 cm snow,  Bharmour 60 cm  ft. Chamba, ten cm, Pangi or Killar ten cm (total three ft) and Salooni 15 cm.

In Lahaul-Spiti , Kaza 7.50 cm Koksar 17.50 cm( total five feet) Sissu 15 cm ( total three ft) Keylong five cm ( total one  ft)  Udaipur ten cm (total two ft.
In Mandi district Prashar Lake had 15 cm(total one ft)Shikari Mata 17.50 cm( total two ft) Kamru Nag 15 cm( total two ft).
Chamba had 49 mm rain, Dharmshala and Kangra had 43 mm rain, Solan, Nahan in Sirmaur and Una 42 mm each, Bilaspur 38 mm, Sundernagar had 34 mm, Palampur 22 mm, Poanta Sahib in Sirmaur 38 mm and Jubberhati 25.6 mm respectively.
Hindustan Tibet National Highway is off at Kufri, Fagu, Narkanda and Kinnaur district at several places. Rohtang Tunnel is off for vehicular traffic as four to five feet Snowfall is mounted on the north and south portal of Atal Tunnel.
As many as 434 roads including four National Highway and one state highway are snowbound, power supply affected in 1790 places and 79 water supply schemes disrupted in the state sofar when inceasent rain and Snowfall is continue. 174 roads are close in Lahaul Spiti, 104 in Chamba, 62 in Kinnaur, 36 in Shimla and 35 in Mandi and 20 in Kullu, two in Sirmaur and one in Solan.
About 557 Power Transformer Regions are disrupted in Chamba, 422 in Rajgarh, 398 in Shimla, 238 in Mandi ,72 places in Solan , 42 in Kullu and 29 in Kinnaur district.
45 water supply schemes are off in Chamba , 27 in Mandi and seven in Lahaul Spiti in the state.

Minimum temperature of Keylong was minusfive degrees Kufri and Kalpa minus 2.4 degrees each, Dalhousie two cm, Shimla minus 0.2 cmTourist resort Manali zero degrees,

Bhuntar) 6.4 degreesDharamshala) 4.2 degrees Una  7.7 degrees, Nahan 8.6 degrees, Palampur 4.5 degrees, Solan  4.5 degrees, Kangra) 6 degrees, Mandi 6.2degrees , Bilaspur eight degrees, Hamirpur 7.8 degrees, Chamba 3.5 degrees Jubbar Hatti 3.8 degrees and Ponta-Sahib degrees respectively.

The Met Office forecast widespread rain or Snowfall in many places in the state in next 24 hrs and issued yellow alert of heavy snowfall inisolated places.
