Shimla, Kufri & Narkanda receive fresh snow; Keylong shivers at minus 16.5 coldest of the season

Tourist resort Kufri, Fagu,Narkanda and Shimla experience light to moderate snowfall and few places of Shimla and Solan district had rainfall over night however it was mainly dry in the morning, the Met Office said.
The Met Office recorded six centimetre snowfall at tourists resort Kufri,ten centimetre at Kharapather,Fagu, Kupvai and Dodra-Kawar and Five cm at Narkanda in Shimla.
More than 300 roads are snowbound in the state including Hindustan-Tibet National highay in Kinnuar, NarkandaFagu Kufri,Border Road organisation cleared the snow from Sisu to Northpoortal and South portal campuse to SolangNala on Keylong-ATR-Manali NH-3 .
District Administration said that snow is yet to be cleared from South portal campus to South Portal due to whichtraffic is still closed for all types of vehicles. 
District Emergency Operation Centre  Solan said that an incident of wall caving in occurred at Basant ColonyBasal  road near Shiv Mandir Chamba Ghat at 1930 yrs last evening. One person sustained injury and a house damaged in tthe falling of wall . The injured persons have been taken to Regional Hospital Solan for treatment. 
DEOC Mandi informed that an  incident of road accident occured at Aut Tunnel Pandoh uner subdivisionSadar Mandi at 1700 hrs on Tuesday. Nine persons had minor injuries as all ofthem have been shifted to Civil Hospital Kullu for the treatment.
Solan had ten mm rain, Jubberhati 9.7 mm, Ponta-Sahib in Sirmaur 7.8 mm and Shimla town five mm.

Minimum temperature of Keylong was coldest of season as recorded minus 16.5 degrees. Minimum temperature of Kaza in Spiti valley was minus 25 degrees Celsius. Kalpa in Kinnuar minus 6.2 degrees,tourist Manali minuis 2.8 degrees, Kufri minus 1.6 degrees, Shimla 0.1 degrees ,Bhuntar 0.5 degrees, Chamba 1.3 degreesand Dalhousie two degrees.
Jubbarhati and Sundernagar four degrees each, Mandi 4.2 degrees, Solan 4.9 degrees , Kangra five degrees,Hamirpur 5.5 degrees, Una six degrees, Dharamshala 6.2 degrees, Bilaspur 6.5 degreesNahan ten degrees and Ponta-Sahib 11.3 degrees respectively. 
The Met Office forecast mainly dry weather in next 24 hrs
