Sanjauli police on high alert, DC and SP lead special inspection to ensure law and order
In a late-evening move to maintain peace in Sanjauli, the district administration, along with the police force, carried out an extensive inspection across the town. Led by District Magistrate Anupam Kashyap, the team monitored the area from Sanjauli Chowk to Dhalli Tunnel, ensuring that everything was in order. During the inspection, residents were urged to cooperate with authorities to keep the peace in their neighborhoods.
District Magistrate Kashyap stressed that strict action would be taken against anyone breaking the law, and troublemakers will not be spared. He assured that the police will have a strong presence in every corner of Sanjauli to prevent any untoward incidents.
Superintendent of Police Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi also informed that Section 163 of the Indian Civil Protection Code 2023 has been implemented in the area. Over 1,000 police personnel, including rapid response teams, have been deployed to maintain law and order.
The inspection was carried out with the presence of top officials, including IG Southern Range JP Singh, ADM Law and Order Ajit Bhardwaj, SDM Bhanu Gupta, Additional SP Navdeep Singh, Additional SP Praveer Thakur, ASP Ratna Negi, and others. Their united effort aims to keep Sanjauli safe and secure for its residents.
