Rebel of Congress in fray on ten Assembly places

Compared to ruling BJP opposition Congress is in somewhat better position as out of 68 Assembly constituency in Himachal Pradesh poll only ten candidates are in fray however BJP is facing challenges in 17-18 seats. On the last day of filling nomination on Tuesday many dissidents jumped in to race. Angry over denying tickets ten rebel candidate of Congress decided to contests as Independent candidates against the party’s authorized candidates on 10 seats. About half dozen of Angry leaders have filed nomination papers for not getting party tickets.  Now the challenge would be before the both main stream party to persuade these leaders.  This is not a good sign for the Congress, which claims to have uprooted the Jai Ram government.  If the Congress is not able to persuade them in the next 4 days, then the party may have to suffer in the directly revolted seats.  The party has time till October 29 to persuade them.The biggest blow came to Congress from Virbhadra Singh’s home in Rampur Assembly seat as Congress councilor, Vishaswar Lal, has become a rebel. On the other hand, BJP has fielded young face Kaul Negi. In such a situation,  Congress  sitting MLA Nandlal locked in triangular contest due an independent. Tension of Congress candidate at Chopal Rajneesh Dr. Subhash Mangalet has also become a rebel.  Doctor . Mangalet has filed nomination papers also made this contest triangular contest. Jagjivan Pal, former MLA from Sullah assembly constituency of Kangra district also decided to fight as rebelled from the party against the party’s official candidate Jagdish Siphiya.  Two rebels in Theog  revolt in Theog, as Vijay Pal Khachi and Indu Verma filled nominations as Independent candidate. Although Indu Verma has joined the Congress only 2 months ago, but the rebellion of Vijay Pal Khachi can create more problems for the Congress candidate Kuldeep Rathore.  Rajendra Thakur, close to Holy Lodge from Arki seat, has increased the tension of sitting MLA and Congress candidate Sanjay Awasthi in  Arki Constituency by filing an independent former MLA  Gangu Ram Musafir” in Pachhad, Congress has given ticket to former BJP leader Dayal Pyari in Pachhad. Congress high command has not given ticket to former MLA Gangu Ram Musafir thus he too  become rulling BJP which was facing dissident on 25 seats succeed in pacifying about eight rebel stopping them from the race.However most of rebel in both parties may harms the prospect of official condidate.
