Ramlalla Pran Pratishtha: Himachal Govt declares Jan 22, 2024 as Public Holiday 

Acting upon the notification issued by the Union government to observed January 22, 2024 as Ral Lalla Pran Pratishtha at Ayodhya Himachal Pradesh also issued notification today to declare public holiday tomorrow.

Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh issued a notification today that government decided that  full day of 22nd January, 2024 (Monday) shall be observed as a Public Holiday in all Departments, Boards, Corporations, Schools, Colleges and Universities in Himachal Pradesh.

CS said that Government to enable its employees on the occasion of Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha at Ayodhya to observed as public holiday tomorrow . The benifit of the holiday will be applicable to the daily wage employees and also be the holiday within the meaning of Section-25 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
