Protest Govt’s failure on all front : Opposition dons black band in Assembly 

On the first day of monsoon  session of state assembly all Opposition Congress members here this morning dons black band on their forearms protesting against government’s failure in all front in last four years.  CPI (M), member Rakesh Singha told us that this morning before commencement of session all the 23 members of opposition including CPM submitted a notice of no – confidence motion to Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar in the leadership of leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri this morning and the members also turned  up with black bands in their hands to lodged the protest .  The proceeding of house run smoothly in the prelaunch session and the members across partly lines paid obituary references to the demise of four former member of assembly.  In the Congress and opposition party meeting held this morning before the session decided to bring a no – confidence motion against the Jai Ram Thakur Government as it remained fail ash in all the fronts in last four years. The member said that issues belonged to cross section of people Including employees, farmers, common man and students were not address by the state government and opposition decided to put the ruling party in the dock .  Mr Singha said that a petition was also pending against two independents members for allegedly violating defection law after joining the BJP however I ( Singha ) am not party in the move .  Mr Singha said that opposition discussed on the issue however he decided to recuse himself from this issue of Independent.  The nonconfidence motion was not moved in the house on the move of Independent members but it was to expose the government for its failure on all the front.  The house is likely to discuss on the issue after the obituary references this afternoon.  Out side the state assembly Chhatar ( Student ) Abhibavak Sangh also lodged protest seeking regulation of fee by the public and private schools after brining a legislation to constitute private school regulatory commission on the line of learning of higher education institutions .  SAS seeking regulation of fee by the private schools alleging that parents and students are being exploited by the management of private and public schools as the state government did not have any control on the issue.  The convener of the CAS said that they have submitted a memorandum to Education Minister Govind Thakur to bring new legislation to form the regulatory commission and empower the state education directorate to have control on the private schools.  He said that CAS also urged the opposition leader Mukesh Agnihotri, Member of assembly Mr Sukhvinder Singh Sukh and Mr Rakesh Singha to support the CAS to enact legislation to control the private educational activities in the state.
