Prof Sikander takes oath as RS member

Including Nine new elected Member of Parliament, Professor Dr. Sikandar Kumar from Himachal took oath as a member of the Rajya Sabha today. Chairman and Vice President of Rajya Sabha, M Venkaiah Naidu administered oath in the RS today. He took oath in Hindi, On this occasion, in Parliament campus, MP, Professor Dr. Sikandar Kumar’s mother, Mrs. Prabha Devi, wife Mrs. Jyoti, son Mr. Nikhalesh Kumar and Mr. Saurabh Bagoda also witnessed the swearing-in ceremony. Sikandar is the former Vice Chancellor of Himachal Pradesh University and has been elected unopposed.President of Himachal Pradesh Social Bodies Federation,  RK Sharma congratulated Professor Dr. Sikander Kumar.
