Pratibha Singh has termed the announcement of crores of rupees every day as jumlebaazi

State Congress President MP Pratibha Singh has termed Chief Minister Jairam Thakur’s announcements of crores of rupees every day as BJP’s ‘jumlebaazi’.  She has said that on one hand the government is taking loan over loan to meet its daily expenses and on the other hand the Chief Minister is making announcements without any budget.  She has said that the state has sunk into a debt of Rs 70,000 crore and the Chief Minister is busy in election rallies by misusing the government machinery and money, which is very unfortunate.
Pratibha Singh has also expressed concern that the Chief Minister is taking big decisions in cabinet meetings without any budgetary provisions.  She has said that everyone is aware of the economic condition of the state.  The debt burden on the state is increasing and the state is not getting single rupee relief from the center.
Pratibha Singh has demanded to issue a white paper on budget provision for the announcements being made by the state government.  She has said that the government should tell from where the money will come for this and how much budget the government has to fulfill these announcements.  She has expressed her doubts that she feels that the Chief Minister is making all these announcements in token money of Re 1.
 Pratibha Singh has said that the Chief Minister is trying to mislead the people of the state.  The BJP government has neither protected the interests of the employees nor has made any concrete policy for the farmers and orchardists.  Common people are troubled by rising inflation and unemployment.  BJP never talks on these issues.  Cases like paper leak have exposed the growing corruption in the state.
Pratibha Singh has said that the countdown for the BJP government in the state has begun.  After two months, the Congress government is going to be formed in the state.  After coming to power, congress party will remove the discrepancies in the salary and will impose old pension scheme in the state within 10 days. Congress will also work for the upliftment of the women and also guarantees to provide employment to the unemployed youth in the state.
