PM Narendra Modi considered Himachal as his second home: Bindal

BJP State President Dr. Rajiv Bindal said that PM Narendra Modi considered Himachal as his second home and the Central Government gave many big gifts to Himachal which benefited Himachal a lot. He said that the Central Government has approved Rs 518.90 crore for Samdo-Kaja-Gramphu section Package-4 of Lahaul-Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh. Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has also given information regarding this. This route connects Manali-Leh and Hindustan Tibet route. Tourism will also gain momentum due to improvement in road conditions. The Central Government has decided to upgrade the 209 km long Samdo-Kaja-Gramphu road of strategic importance. The budget has been approved to improve the intermediate lane with hard shoulder. Considering the importance of this road, the Central Government has now decided to upgrade it. This route connects two important routes of the country, Manali-Leh and Hindustan Tibet route. Spiti Valley is the first choice of tourists in summer. Tourists reach Kaza via Shimla-Kinnaur and from Kaza via Baia Kunjam, they reach the tourist city Manali.
