People participated enthusiastically in the Gram Sabha meeting in Junga
Except for Gram Panchayat Junga, Gram Sabhas could not be held in most of the Panchayats of Junga Tehsil due to a lack of quorum. The main reason for this is said to be the strike of the employees associated with the Zilla Parishad.
Bansi Lal Kashyap, head of Junga Panchayat, said that the quorum of the Gram Sabha meeting in his Panchayat was completed in which especially women participated enthusiastically. First of all, tribute was paid to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi in the Gram Sabha and the cleanliness program was discussed. In which various departments and Anganwadi workers participated. On this occasion, the details of the quarterly income and expenditure of the Panchayat were presented by the Secretary. Pradhan said that the damage caused by heavy rains and landslides was also discussed in the Gram Sabha and a proposal was passed for ex-post facto approval in this regard. On this occasion, the Pradhan provided information to the people about the Gram Panchayat Development Scheme.
It should be noted that due to a lack of quorum in Gram Panchayat Peeran, Balog, Pujarali, Kufri, Darbhog, Koti, and Gram Sabhas could not be held.
