Peace and Harmony March Held in Shimla to Promote Unity

The march began at the DC office in Shimla, making its way through Lower Bazaar and Mall Road, and concluded at the iconic Mahatma Gandhi statue at Ridge Maidan. Upon reaching the statue, the participants sat for a peaceful protest and took a collective pledge to protect India’s communal harmony, secularism, and uphold the values of the constitution.

During the march, the people of Shimla made a heartfelt appeal to the public to maintain peace, brotherhood, and communal harmony, not just in the city but throughout Himachal Pradesh.
