Opposition blames Govt for mishandling of Covid pandemic

Opposition Congress blamed Narendra Modi and Jai Ram Govt for mishandling ofCovid pandemic stating that it was not sensitive to the vagaries of people they died, suffer and now lefthelpless.   
Attending a discussion on the Covid situation under rule 130 in the house, Cong member Inderdutt Lakhan Pal said that the state Govt  could not tackle the Covid pandemic. He said that there was complete chaos in the Hospital and administrationas no one was helping the victims and positive people. 
He said that dead bodies were not issued to victims of persons who died due to Covid. Cong members said that middle men were demanding money to issue death certificates.
” I met a wailing woman who had lost her husband but she said that the death certificate was not issued for the last four hour.I called the Chief Minister and the certificate  was issued ” he said what officers are doing in the hospital and addedthat in the time of the digital revolution people could be issued an online death certificate.
Member pointed out that most of black fungus cases detected due to Govt negligence he alleged that it was negligence of supply of industrial oxygen cylinder for the medical supply. ”Number of people died and contracted due to black fungus due to supply of industrial oxygen.” he said. 
Five members of well known chartered accountant Sunil Chandel contracted to the Covid-19. There wasno one left to claim his body. Body of Chandel was not being released by the hospital and it happened with the pressure of people, he demanded compensation to those who died due Covid pandemic and while recovering from it.
Congress member Vikramditya Singh said that a number of people died and suffered due to the failure of govtto unable to provide enough oxygen. Indian Authorities were making big claims to export vaccine to other nations, whereas people of the country are contracting to Covid-19.
Terming Jai Ram Govt occultation policy defective he said that Govt did not present a true picture of availability of vaccine online misleading youth who could not able to book their dose. How they could  shirk  responsibility to vaccinate the youth. He also questioned the inconsistency of the Govt to open and close the border to contain the pandemic.  
Blaming the height of the pandemic in the state, tourists returning from Himachal have togo through RT-PCR, he also questioned the use of MC garbage vans to transport dead bodies of covid patients. Minsiter said that 50 percent ventilators precured by the state under PM precure scheme from China and Italy have to surrender by the state as it was not fit and effective for the poor supply of oxygen.
BJP Member Vikram Jaryal and Narender Thakur and Vinod Kumar  speak on the issue supporting Jai Ram and Modi govt for handling of the Covid pandemic. Cong member Mohan Lal Bragta participated in the discussion. Discussion continued in the house.
