One kilogram illicit Charas recover from three persons

Three persons were arrested by a police team at Mandali under Rohru Subdivision recovering one kilogram illicit Charas from their possession  last night , Police Officer said.
Superintendent of police Shimla Ms Monika Bhutunguru said that case was registered under ND&PS Act on Saturday as police party recovered 1.067 kg Charas from the possession of three man during patrollingat Mehandli from a vehicle.
 The accused are identified as Kapil Dev  Teh. Rohru, Dist. Shimla, Bhagmal Teh. Rohru, Dist. Shimla, & Kewal Ram Dist. Shimla, HP.
The accused would be produced before the magistrate on Sunday.
