One die four injured after explosion in Gas cylinder
One person died and four sustain injuries after an explosion in the Gas (Balloon) cylinder reported in Baba Badbhag Singh, District Una early morning today. Superintendent of police Una Arjit Sen said that one Person died on the spot and four got injuries which has been referred to CHC Amb for medical treatment Deceased identified as Nek Raj (52 Years) Patru Daulatram Village Chakka Cover Tehsil Jalalabad District Fazal Jalka Punjab. The mishap occurred when a cylinder filling a balloon suddenly exploded at around 08:00 am this morning. In which about 5 people got injured. The injured were admitted to the nearest CHC Amb, in which one person, Sh.Neck Raj (60 Years) Son Daulat Ram’s one leg was amputated below the knee and after first aid he died on the way to Talbara while being taken toAmritsar. Sh. Gurmeet Singh’s son Bhan Singh has suffered injuries in his legs and eyes and Gurparinder Singh’s son Harwant Singh (18 years) has also suffered body injuries, who are being treated at CHC Amb. Another injured Jagroop Singh (20 Years) Son Satta Singh has suffered leg injuries and Aikam Singh (05 Years) son Jagga Singh has suffered burns on his face and other body injuries. Both of them were taken by their families to Gurdaspur for public treatment.
