Old building grounded after caving in foundation in Shimla

An old residential dhaji-wall building grounded near Indra Gandhi Medical College Hospital here today after caving in foundation due to heavy rain.
Police officer confirmed that 72yrs old ex-servicemen A K Roy and a woman Deepika Kapuriya said that their belongings tunes to Rs 50 to 60 lakh rupees damaged in the incident however they have vacated the building after it was declared unsafe by the Municipal corporation Shimla.
The original  building  owners has dispose of the property however tenants have moved in the court.
Affected tenants have demanded the suitable compensation of devastation caused to property
