Notification issued for a SIT probe of the cryptocurrency scam
In compliance with Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri’s announcement during the Vidhan Sabha Session held on 25-09-2023 (Assembly question No. 960 – Crypto Currency scam), a Special Investigation Team (SIT) consisting of the following officers is hereby constituted for the investigation of cases registered in various Police Stations of the State relating to Crypto Currency.
DGP Sanjay Kundu said in a notification issued here today that thirteen members committee comprising of DIG South range Abhishek Dullar, IPS Rohit Malpani, ASP Parveen Dhiman and Manmohan Singh, DSP or SDPO Ankit Sharma, Vishal Verma, Lokender Negi (Palampur)& 8 Viri Singh( Jawali) would probe into the scam.
