No relief from perching heatwave

Sundernagar, Mandi, Dharamshala, Palampur (Kangra), Bhuntar (Kullu), & Solan, facing perching  heatwave and draught like condition as wheat crops already wiltted in many places and posing threat to all Rabi Crops in the state with declining water level. Met Office said that Chamba had three mm rain, Kangra:2.2 mm, Gondla(Lahaul-spiti) 0.6 mm Kalpa(Kinnaur) 0.4 mm however it was mainly dry in the rest places. Sweltering heatwave affected Pea, Wheat, Mustard and Onion and Garlic corps in Part of Shimla, Solan and Sirmaur district. Maximum temperature of this Capital Town was recorded 28 degree Celsius on Tuesday which was highest of this season sofar.
