NGESF seeks release pending dues
Seeking early release of their pending dues H.P. Non-Gazetted Employees Services Federation strongly condemns the policy of Jai Ram Thakur Government for diverting attention of employee from the basic issues. The state president of the federation, Vinod Kumar said in a statement issued here on Saturday said that present transfer rehearsals of its leaders by government should be stopped immediately. Blaming to divide various sections of Employees he also accuseds the BJP rule for adopting policy towards the employees is like he previous Congress government alleging to create rift among the employees’ organizations and protecting their favorite pawns.” This policy of the government is only to create panic among the working class, in which the government would not be successful ” he warned the government to not harass the Employees leaders. He said that NGESF have came forward many times to raise their voice, but unfortunately Jairam govt trying to humiliate them by acting irresponsibly. Vinod Kumar has said that they keep on raising the demand of revised pay scale since 2018 implemented after gap of six years on 31.12.2021 however government has kept silent on the payment of the arrears of the revised salary from 2016 to 2018 . He alleged that when federation tried to raise this issue with the government it started harrassing through transfers and other actions.
