Nepali national booked for Kidnapping & POCSO Act

A Nepali national booked for Kidnapping and molestation of minor under Rampur Police station of Shimla district in Himachal Pradesh on Monday, police officer confirmed. An FIR registered under section 363 of IPC and 8 of POCSO ACT on the complaint of victims mother. Complaint alleged that on 28/03 22 her daughter was playing in chhalta Village was with some other children , at about  03.30 pm  a nepali Kamal Bahadur kidnapped her minor daughter and took her in to the Banaila forest towards Sharnal Village holding her in his lap and did dirty activities by kissing her . ASI Chet Ram of PS Rampur is investigating the case. The accused is at large after the crime. Police parties were fanning to nab the accused soon, he added
