Nanda targeted the Congress government on the foundation day of BJP
BJP State Media Incharge Karan Nanda said that today BJP celebrated its 44th foundation day with great pomp at 8000 booths in Himachal.
By completing the journey from 2 to 303 MPs, BJP has become the largest political party in the world today. To achieve this position, crores of workers and senior leaders have made a wonderful contribution like Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Deendayal Upadhyaya, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, LK Advani, PM Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, National President Jagat Prakash Nadda, Rajnath Singh Amit Shah, Shanta Kumar, Prof Prem Kumar Dhumal, Jairam Thakur, Dr Rajiv Bindal, Satpal Satti and countless names have worked day and night to strengthen the party. While BJP had won two seats in the 1984 Lok Sabha elections, it won 303 seats in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
This time, under the strong leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Bharatiya Janata Party is going to cross 370 and the NDA is going to cross 400. This will be the biggest victory in history till date.
He said that the present Congress government is working only with the feeling of revenge. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has no proof or facts but he makes statements as if he alone knows the truth. In Himachal Pradesh, the Chief Minister himself is trying to spoil the election environment, perhaps he feels that the existence of the Congress party is ending in Himachal like in the country.
Today the present Congress government has become anti-employee, anti-youth, anti-women, anti-farmer, anti-tourist and anti-development in the state. Only opposition is visible in every policy of the government.
He said that due to the sudden increase in vehicle taxes, tourism development in Himachal is getting set back. The state government and the transport department have increased the annual tax rates of taxi operators. The government and the department have misled the taxi owners and have secretly increased the tax by deceiving them. The information about the increase in tax came to light when the taxi operators were depositing the tax online. On depositing the tax online, the taxi operators are being shown a higher amount of tax than before. Earlier the annual tax for 6+1 vehicles was Rs. 4400, but now when the taxis are depositing the tax, it comes to Rs. 7140.
