More rain or snow in store in HP : IMD
Himachal Pradesh would likely to witnessed another spell of wet weather with effect from Feb 2 onward as Indian Meterogical Department forecast arrival of western disturbances and induced cyclonic circulation.
State likely to have rain or Snowfall at isolated places from Feb 2 and most places in mid and high reaches and few places in foothills from February 4.
Advisory also sounded in view of the approaching active western disturbance from Feb 2 and likely interaction of low level easterly winds light to moderate rain or snowassociated with one or two spells of heavy snow likely in the State including district Shimla.
Possibility of rain or thunderstorm with hailstorm in the plains and
low hills issued in the distt of Kangra, Kullu, Chamba, Hamirpur, Bilaspur,Mandi, Una, Solan and Sirmaur.
Moreover isolated spells of moderate to heavyrain or snowfall at few places in the district of Lahaul-Spiti, Chamba, Kullu,Shimla, and Kinnaur was issued on February 3.
