More rain or snow in store in HP : IMD

Himachal Pradesh would likely to witnessed another spell of wet weather with effect from Feb 2 onward as Indian Meterogical Department forecast arrival of western disturbances and induced cyclonic circulation.
State likely to have rain or Snowfall at isolated places  from Feb 2 and most places in mid and high reaches and few places in foothills from February 4.
Advisory also sounded  in view of the approaching active western disturbance from Feb 2 and likely interaction of low level easterly winds light to moderate rain or snowassociated with one or two spells of heavy snow likely in the State including district Shimla.
Possibility of rain or thunderstorm with hailstorm in the plains and
low hills issued in the distt of Kangra, Kullu, Chamba, Hamirpur, Bilaspur,Mandi, Una, Solan and Sirmaur.
Moreover isolated spells of moderate to heavyrain or snowfall at few places in the district of Lahaul-Spiti, Chamba, Kullu,Shimla, and Kinnaur was issued on February 3.
Met Office issued advisory of blockage of roads, railway may lead to difficulties to commuters, touristsand the public at large.
On Sunday no change was recorded in the minimum temperature in last 24 hrs and was normal

Tourist resort Manali minus 0.5 degrees, Dalhousie 4.8 degrees, Shimla five degrees and Solan 3.7 degrees, Palampur and Chamba 3.5 degrees each, Mandi 3.9 degrees, Hamirpur, Kangra and Dharmshala 4.3 degrees each Bilaspur 4.5 degrees, Kangra 4.2 degrees, Mandi four degrees, Una and Nahan 8.1 degrees respectively.
