Mannat and Aarushi passed NMMS exam

Two bright girl students of class 8th of Government High School of remote village Dhali of Junga tehsil have brought glory to the school and the region by passing the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMSS) examination. School headmaster Rakesh Verma said that two students of Dhali School, Mannat and Aarushi, had recently participated in the NMSS examination. In which both these girls have stood first. These two girl students will get a scholarship of Rs 1,000 every month from the government till class 12th. He told that both these promising daughters are residents of Thund of Satlai Panchayat. Mannat’s father Ishwar Dutt Sharma and Aarushi’s father Bal Krishna Sharma both belong to farmer families. This success of both daughters has become a topic of discussion in the entire area. Headmaster Rakesh Verma said that this year, two students of this school, Saksham Atri and Simran have secured excellent positions in the 10th board examination by scoring 96% marks and 93.57% marks. On the success of these children, a program was organized in the school in which these four children were welcomed with traditional musical instruments and honored with flower garlands. The headmaster provided Rs 5,000 each to the four children from his personal account.
All the parents including SMC member Ishwar Dutt Sharma, Balkrishna Sharma, Sadanand Sharma, ward member Sushil Gandharva have praised the teachers profusely.
