Like other districts medical college with modern facilities should be opened in Kullu: Vikramaditya
Congress candidate from Mandi parliamentary constituency Vikramaditya Singh has asked former Chief Minister of the state Jai Ram Thakur to tell what new he did for Mandi during his tenure as Chief Minister. He said that Jairam should keep showing people the dream of building an international-level airport in Mandi, which was not fulfilled. He said that former Chief Minister Late Virbhadra Singh gifted IIT and Medical College in Mandi. He has said that if the country has to be saved from rhetoric, then the BJP will have to be thrown out of power. He said that BJP does not talk about rising inflation and unemployment.
Today, while addressing his election meetings in Gadasa, Karadsu, and Nagar of Banjar and Manali assembly constituencies, Vikramaditya Singh said that the former Chief Minister Late has done a great job in preserving the Dev culture in the state. Virbhadra Singh has made a huge contribution. He said that BJP talks big in the name of religion but does not implement it. He said that the BJP, ignoring its senior leaders, has chosen a candidate from the Mandi parliamentary constituency who neither has any knowledge of religion nor any knowledge of the culture of the state. He said that eaters of mother cows are never acceptable to the Dev culture.
Vikramaditya Singh called upon the people that he was completely dedicated to the development of the state. He said that as the Public Works Minister, he provided Rs 3560 crore for the maintenance and construction of roads in the state. The roads affected by the disaster were restored within 24 hours. He said that due to the geographical conditions in Mandi parliamentary constituency, people are facing different problems. He said that he knows and understands these problems very well, it is his responsibility to remove them.
Vikramaditya Singh said that like other districts, a medical college with modern facilities should be opened in Kullu district too and along with the expansion of road facilities, a tunnel should be constructed in Jalodi Jot and Bhubhu Jot. This is his priority, which he will fulfill after becoming MP. He urged the people to make him victorious with huge votes and said that as an MP, he would leave no stone unturned to fulfill the aspirations of the people.
