Landslide disrupts movement of train Kalka -Shimla Railway

The movement of train disrupted as a landslide came on the Shimla Kalka Heritage Railway track on Thursday. Shivalik train was running on the track in the morning. When Kalka-Shimla bound train has reached near Patta Mor of district Solan, big stones started falling from the hill.  Spokesperson of Railway said that landslide occurred on the track when Shivalik Express   train was on the route , The driver applied the brakes cautious before it was about to fall on the train.  There were more than 50 passengers on the train.  In such a situation, now Shimla Kalka Railway closed for  train operation.  The movement of the train will be started after the removal of stones from the track.  All the passengers who are boarding the train have been dispatched by buses.
