National leader of All India Kisan Sabha Pushpendra Tyagi, Prem Gautam, Omkar Shad, Hotam Saunkhala, Bhupendra Singh also addressed the conference. Dr. Kashmir Thakur said that the Modi government at the center is continuously implementing anti-labour and anti-farmer policies. Everything has started a campaign to sell the country to its personal friends and companies. Inflation is increasing continuously, instead of permanent employment, the policy of giving part time and fixed term employment is being implemented. Rakesh Singha said that the Modi government at the center had withdrawn the black agricultural laws after a long agitation by the farmers and had promised to legally guarantee the minimum support price, but the government has not taken any decision in this regard so far. Due to these anti-farmer policies, the gardeners engaged in horticulture and agriculture sector in Himachal Pradesh are going through a huge economic crisis. Four such labor codes have also been made for the laborers, due to the implementation of which the laborers have achieved their rights after long struggles. There is a plan to be snatched away. Against which the workers’ and farmers’ organizations have decided to take out a march to the Parliament House in Delhi on April 5. He said that earlier it was decided to run a mass awakening campaign at the grassroots level, due to which the workers and Farmers will be made aware and leaflets will be distributed, under which all workers will be given a minimum salary of Rs 26,000 and pension of Rs 10,000, withdrawal of four labor codes and amended electricity bill, implementation of MSP for all agricultural products, Loans of all poor and middle farmers To provide pension to people above 60 years of age, two hundred days of employment in MNREGA and Rs 600 daily wage, stop privatization of public sector undertakings and services, stop rising inflation and GST on essential commodities Exclusion from agriculture, reducing central excise duty on petrol, diesel, cooking gas, strengthening public ration distribution system and making all essential food items available through depots, strictly enforcing Forest Rights Act, stopping oppression of backward classes And implement a policy to ensure social justice, ensure universal quality health and education for all citizens, withdraw the National Education Policy 2020, ensure housing for all, and increase tax rates on the super-rich and corporate houses and reduce them for the poor. It was decided in the conference that a conference will be held at the district and block level till February 10 and a door-to-door public relations campaign will be conducted from February 11 to March 10, in which one lakh houses will be knocked. After that, on March 15, at the district and block level There will be protests.
