Jai Ram  Govt working like remote control from Delhi :Cong 

Congress state unit stated today that four and  half years old Jai Ram Government is being run like a remote control from Delhi and all decisions were being taken by party defacto Chief Minister. This was stated by the Congress former President Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu who was addressing a press conference here today. He said that Congress feels that Jai Ram Thakur is mere dummy, however command of government lie somewhere in the party high command at Delhi which orders the Government to act on its whim and fancy. He said that Thakur is an upright person but he was not able to make a decision to his own for Congress  is sympathetic with his status being De-fecto CM. ” Who is posting people which cabinet birth, Chairman and vice chairman being given to whom infect Mr Thakur is under constant  pressure for last four and half years”. he said . Accusing Mr Thakur for bearing with a corrupt top bureaucrat who was being complaint recently and highlighted in media prominently. If Mr Thakur is working independently who stops him to not act on the complaint which has a lot of substance . Accusing BJP in the center and state to shelter the corruption in the politics Mr Sukhu said that if BJP rule has no corruption why Rajiv Bindal was replaced from the state party presidency. He asked the Chief Minister to take call on the PMO complaints against the Chief Secretary of state if he failed to do so the matter would be decided by the court of people in the upcoming assembly election. He lashed out the Jai Ram Thakur Government for discriminating with different sections of employees after unleashing political  vendetta against some trade union leaders who were seeking old pension scheme. Accusing the BJP to divide the section of employees He said that Congress is committed to overcome the pay anomalies and it is in favor of restoring OPS after coming to power in the state as its two state governments Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan have already announced to restore the OPS. Congress did not bother about rise of third front in Himachal at all as every election witness several such experiments and number of people belonged to party who did not get ticket join such front however being the staunch  Congress ideologies none of them join BJP and return in Congress fold after going through such experiences. I would welcome Arvin Kejriwal to make such front in state as everyone have rights in the democracy to fight elections. He said that road shows and big rallies is no indication of having power as the tests of leaders are rest with the voters who would decided whom to hand over the torch of victory. Accepting the Congress movie of pole strategist Prashan Kishore to overhaul the Congress party Mr Sukhu said that reflection would be visible in the party soon as a number of new faces especially young would be made faces in the assembly and Shimla MC election. Party is not only going to return  to the power however it is coming with new energy as old style of governance would not work. We would bring a transparency and responsibility legislations after coming in the power to rid out the corruption from public works. The roads are being constructed for five decades but the quality of works need to be guaranteed by making transparency in tis works. Mr Thakur said that Jai Ram Government  is providing jobs to youth from backdoor channels and youth of states are being neglected vis a vis to recruiters from outside the state. Congress would provide policy for contract and outsource employees  after coming in power and do away with  the backdoor entry. He said that 19000 students who have qualified Junior Office Assistant(JOA) tests are being ignored and waiting for long time to give them posting however it is being alleged that Jai Ram Thakur Government is under pressure for back door candidates. He said that 4500 people were also recruited in the IPH department  in the sate through backdoor channel. He said that those who have genuine degrees and diplomas are not getting jobs despite being eligible for army of unemployed went up to 11 lakh under the present regime. Mr Sukhu said that inflation is big issue against Jai Ram Government state and center people are not so fool to ignore this burning fact. Under Narendra Modi Government new world record of LPG gas  being provided  at rate pf Rs 1100 per cylinder, Mustard Oil at Rs 270 per liter and Lime at  the rate of Rs 350 per kg is being made. Thousands of hectare lands handed over to set up three Cement plants to provide affordable and cheep cements but BJP government is helping cement firms to sell it on exorbitant price to maximized the profit as Cement prices gone up to Rs 450 to Rs 460 per bag in the state.  Today poor could not dream of have his own house. The result of four byelections indicates that remote control governments no longer work in the state  the  youth, women and poor who are pressed to wall under the antipeople policy of Jai Ram Thakur and center to be give n befitting reply in the coming assembly election, he added .
