Jai Ram Govt fail to fulfill Election Manifesto : Cong

State unit of Congress criticized the four year old

Jai Ram government in the state for not fulfill the party election manifesto

made before the 2017 assembly election in the state, this was stated by the

HPCC chief Kuldeep Singh Rathore addressing a press conference here today.

Mr Rahtore said Chief Minister Jai Ram Thalur promised to provide free power to

a small section of consumers on the 51 state hood days function at Thodo ground and Solan.

He said that fearing of defeat in upcoming Shimla MC and state Assembly election schedule

this year Jai Ram Government coming up sops and trying to calm down the prevailing anger of

number of employees not benefited from 6th pay commission declared implemented the state

from this month.

BJP governments remained to provide relief during the last four years to employees and

general public started making announcements to get mileage in assembly polls.

The state government which have blamed the Modi Government for loss of three assembly seat

and one Parliamentary seat in last year byelection now realised the fact that people is going to\

departure the ruling BJP.

Jai Ram Thakur who blamed Modi Government for loss of bye elections due to unprecedented hike

in the diesel and petrol during BJP rule at Centre now trying to make last efforts to allure voters

by making election announcements.

The state employees are not happy with the Jai Ram Govt the way it notified the implementation of

6th pay commission which shows that Government have created disparities and contradictions

which should be removed at the earliest. The pay commission is due right of employees and disparities

are being created artificially .

Congress said that free electricity units should be increased to 100 as compared to 60 as

announced by the CM and urged to end the practice of charging meter rent and all kinds

of surcharges.

Congress also lashed out the government for remaining fail to provide quality ration in PDS

shops demanding that government to set probe into number of reports of substandard ration

being provided to the consumers.
