Investigation of Jitendra Kumar suicide case should be done by retired or sitting judge of Supreme Court : AAP
Aam Aadmi Party’s state president Surjit Thakur made a big allegation on the Modi government at the Center by holding a press conference in Shimla and said that the BJP government was pressurizing CBI officer Jitendra Kumar to make a false case against Manish Sisodia. Jitendra Kumar could not bear the pressure of the BJP government and under pressure took the step of committing suicide. Surjit Thakur has demanded that there should be a high level inquiry into the Jitendra Kumar suicide case. This case should be investigated by a retired judge or sitting judge of the Supreme Court, so that the truth can come to the public. Aam Aadmi Party fully stands with Jitendra Kumar’s family in this hour of grief. Surjit Thakur questioned Himachal MP and Union Minister Anurag Thakur and said that why he is keeping silent in this matter, why is he not demanding a CBI inquiry, answer it to the public.
Surjit Thakur said that the CBI raided the house of Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, but after several hours of investigation, the CBI did not find anything. CBI officials also checked Manish Sisodia’s bank locker, nothing was found in that too. Due to which the Modi government of the Center was pressurizing the officer to arrest Manish Sisodia by making a false case. Jitendra Kumar has committed suicide under the pressure of the Modi government at the Centre. Jitendra Kumar was working as Deputy Legal Advisor in CBI. The officer’s suicide proves how the dictatorial government of BJP is harassing the officials by pressurizing them, forcing them to commit suicide. Jitendra Kumar was a resident of Mandi district of Himachal. He was working honestly in CBI in Delhi for years. For what reasons did he commit suicide? There should be a high level inquiry so that the truth can come to the public.

Surjit Thakur said that the CBI officers were residents of Mandi district of Himachal. He committed suicide in Delhi but Himachal MP Union Minister Anurag Thakur could not even express his grief. Questions also arise on the silence of Anurag Thakur in the officer’s suicide case. Surjit Thakur asked Anurag Thakur why is Anurag Thakur silent on this incident, why is he keeping silence?, Was Jitendra Kumar really pressurized?, Why BJP is trying to suppress this case Is? The people of Himachal want to know the answers to these questions. Union Minister Anurag Thakur should answer these questions to the people of Himachal. Being the MP of Himachal, Anurag Thakur should have demanded an inquiry into the death of Himachal’s son first, but he is silent. The BJP government at the Center talks about immediate CBI investigation on every issue, but why is the entire BJP silent in the CBI officer’s suicide. This casts even more doubt
