HP Govt orders suspensions of College Principal

Himachal Pradesh Government today suspended  Brjesh Chauhan Officiating Principal on the basis of complaint by Girl student and Women cell of GDC Seema (Rohru) College, senior government official ordered here today.
In a order issued by the State Secretary (Education ) Rajeev Sharma here today put the Brijesh Chauhan under suspension and the period he was directed  to be fixed at State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT) Solan and should not leave the headquarter without prior permission of the undersigned. 
The state government in exercise of powers by sub rule (1) of Rule 10 of the CCS ( CCA ) rules , 1965 took the the disciplinary proceedings against the Officiating  Principal, Seema Govt. Degree college putting him under suspension with immediate effect today who had already booked under section 354 a & d in Police station Rohru on the complainant of college women empowerment cell on December 24, 2021.
