Himachal shows concern over entry of Sikh youth with baned flag

Jairam Thakur Government showed concern with the Punjab government on the controversy that arose in Punjab regarding the youth who came to Himachal over the banned flags. Interacting with media person in the sidelines of a function here today Thakur said that talks took place at the higher official level. In Punjab, youth vehicles were entering Himachal with banned flags. Responding to a media queries about alleged roaming of youth fearlessly with banned flags and also allegedly having pictures of Bhindranwala’s CM said that such things would never be allowed. CM Jai Ram Thakur said that the matter has been taken up with the Punjab Government. State government is also completely serious. Action should be taken on this matter as per law. The CM also said that anti-national elements are behind this and they are trying to spoil the atmosphere. He said that talks have been held with the Chief Secretary of Punjab on this.
