Himachal received Rs 2197.26 crore from the Centre for 33 projects
BJP Chief Spokesperson and MLA Rakesh Jamwal said that the Congress government and the Chief Minister should answer the public that in the financial year 2024-25, within seven months from April 1 to October 12, Himachal received Rs 2197.26 crore in 33 projects under centrally sponsored schemes from the Center, for which neither thanks were given nor the account was given.
He said to the Chief Minister that the people of Himachal are asking you for an account of the money received from the Centre. He said that the state has received 395.93 crores in MNREGA, 196.32 crores in NHM, 15 crores in Mission Shakti, 5.47 crores in Krishi Unnat Yojana, 1.11 crores in Nirbhaya Fund, 1 crore in Information Technology, 19.36 crores in National Agriculture Development Scheme, 19.93 crores in PM Poshan Shakti Nirman, 25.62 crores in NRLM Rural Development, 57.8 crores in Education Department Star, 168.4 crores in Composite Education, 55.32 crores in CRF, 162.75 crores in Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, 11.04 crores in Swachh Bharat Mission, 582.47 crores in PM Awam Yojana Rural, 4.47 crores in PM Awam Yojana Urban, 1.16 crores in Live Stock Survey, 2.04 crores in Civil Right Act 1995, 42.74 crores for food items including Central, 122.99 crores in Saksham Anganwadi and Nutrition, NULM 1.39 crore, 139.89 crore for infrastructure maintenance, 1.56 crore in New India Literacy Programme, 10.67 crore in watershed construction, 33.85 crore in PM School Rising India, 3.19 crore for water for every farm, 51.11 crore in Amrit Yojana, National Gram Swaraj Abhiyan 27.51 crore, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao 75 lakh, Mission Vatsalya 6.75 crore
₹ 15.84 crores under Article 275.
Rakesh said that the Congress Chief Minister, Ministers and their leaders are making noise that money is not coming from the Centre but the people of Himachal are demanding an explanation from them. The Centre is continuously sending money to Himachal but the Chief Minister is only misleading the people by telling lies, this policy of the Congress will soon backfire on them.
