Himachal pupils evacuate from Ukraine :CM  

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur stated in the assembly on Monday that all the stranded state pupils and other people who were stranded in the war-torn Ukraine completely evacuated and now no citizen from the state are left out there. Giving a Suo-moto statement in the state assembly Chief Minister said that all the students who are stranded in various parts of Ukraine were evacuated to their homes in the state and homes safely accomplishing the rigorous tasks with help of the Indian Government who were provided free travel to their homes. They were airlifted in the Air Forces aircrafts under the supervision of four Union Ministers who were deployed in various parts in the border nations of Ukraine during the Operation Ganga. He said that the State Government extended thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and all the ministers and Indian Air Force helping the people of state and country for evacuating the stranded people despite several odds.
